New to the area! My fourth son has down syndrome and Pamela excepted him as a patient. She is kind and very caring for kids with special needs! She also helped me walk out of the building because he fell asleep in the office. He had an ear infection and a hurt foot and she took her time to look and check over him. I appreciate her being so thoughtful and considerate of him. Would highly recommend!
I came in with concerns and they heard my doubts and thought it might be something that needed blood panels, that same week they called me with results. My concerns were listened to instead of being pushing off as if they were nothing and they were quick to get results. Everyone at the Oakland clinic did a great job! I am impressed! I have been to other CHI locations and came out believing my appointment was pretty much useless, so thank you guys for actually caring about your patients.
