Pamela helton filed injunctions for myself and my children. A few months later she handled my divorce. No where in our divorce file is our permanent injunctions listed. She forced me to create a parenting plan with my abuser without our attorneys present, while I had an injunction. Turns put she was his sisters attorneys and their father paid her.
Have referred many people to Attorney Helton to have wills and associated documents prepared and drafted.....all have been extremely pleased and satisfied with the work completed...I will continue to endorse the firm...
I wouldn't even give her ONE STAR! Unfortunately, this won't post unless I do! This woman knew before she even took my money ($150 and pushed me out the door in less than 10 minutes) that she wasn't going to take my case. Wouldn't offer my money back or a FAIR charge for the less than 10 minutes she spent insulting and degrading me as a human being. Charged me BEFORE I walked into her office. Atty Helton was assigned to be Guardian of my children in a divorce case. She did nothing on the behalf of the children. She applied the 50/50 guideline knowing that a 1 year baby would be kept several nights a week by a complete stranger and away from their mother who was available to keep the baby for the overnights. She had no compassion or understanding for the children. She continually told lies in her reports and did not verify anything. Bad experience!!!! I can NOT belive that this woman has been given a license to practice law!! She has no clue what she is doing. Do not waste your money.
