Outstanding!! Very knowledgeable. She has helped me immensely, answers my questions and has a very professional demeanor.
rude, abusive, lacks compassion, lacks communication skills, lacks manners. speaks over the patient, patient explains how she felt on a medication and Pam asks well how was it on the medication immediately after you explained how it was, has no care what so ever. Screams like an angry bull dog and slams the phone down on the patient for asking a question or explaining that she never said that. this NP desperately need an anger management class and some classes on how to listen. how do you practice medicine if you can't liste... read more
