She is amazing. She did couple of fillings and it was so relaxing. I was nervouse at first, but my fears went away because it was painless and comfortable. She did a great job. Aso, she treated my husband for sleep apnea and saved his life! He is no longer in the ER and afraid for his life! She did a sleep test, treated him with a sleep appliance and now he can breath! I'm so thankful for her!!!
I had three crowns done by Dr West. Two of them do not have proper contact and I have gaps in my teeth, THe crowns will need to be redone. She has offered to fix them but I don't trust her ability to get them done right. I paid top doller for the work and will not return to her office
I saw Dr. West until she was no longer on my insurance plan. She and her staff were very professional and made me comfortable. It had been a few years since I had been to a dentist so the experience was a little more painful than it could have been, but Dr. West spent a lot of time answering my questions and explaining the procedures (just a checkup and cleaning) so I was not surprised by anything. My daughter and I just came back from our consultation with Dr.West and I am very impressed. The office is lovley, state of the art, warm and friendly. The doctor and her staff spent quite a bit of time with us showing photos, short film clips and just talking. I did not feel pressured at any time. Our questions were answered fully and the treatment suggested was conservative yet through. Dr. Pamela West and her staff are very friendly, courteous and professional. I have always had discolored teeth with gaps between the teeth as long as I can remember. My wife encouraged me to get veneers. I visited several highly recommended cosmetic dentists and found Dr. West to take the most time with me and explain all possible options. What a wonderful experience. This was the most caring professional office I have ever been to. From the time I walked in the door I received a warm welcome and undivided attention of Dr. West's staff, the doctor greeted me warmly and professionally, answered all of my questions, did a complete examination.
