I have had issues with Pamela due to insurance processing. She indicated that there were no insurance benefits applicable at the outset of therapy. Subsequently my insurance got in touch with me to note that I had been overcharged as she was an in network provider. She did not note this during the start of therapy and refuses to make a refund for the cost.
