I was satisfied with the office visit but very dissatisfied with the underhanded billing. I was told when making the appointment that an office visit is $125. I went for the appointment and paid the $125 and that was the end of it. A little over four weeks later, I get a bill in the mail for an additional $50 without explanation. The bill just says, "patient responsibility". I called the phone number provided on the bill and the associate was unable to provide any further explanation as to why. Very shady.
Horrible I wouldn’t recommend anybody to go. There is horrible. She just takes money doesn’t treat what’s going on. I don’t care. Dr love
