My children and I have been coming to this office since they were in elementary and my oldest is now 33. The office was always so lively, polite and welcoming at the front desk and the in the back with treatment. I am not sure what happened. They are still very pleasant at the front desk but once you get in the back, customer service falls off a cliff. Brought my daughter here she was seeing Dr Karen Love. My 3 year old hair had came out all of a sudden she swore it was ringworm even though her allergist had confirmed it wasn’t . Her results came back not ringworm so she wasted 3 weeks of our time on that . She kept saying she wasn’t sure what had happened to her hair . She kept throwing different creams at us to “try” on her hair one being a steroid that her allergist told us not to use for more than 7 days because it was indeed a steroid when I told her we did it 7 days ... read more
