I had a very good, first meeting, doctor appointment with Dr. Pamela Francisco,MD. The whole staff was professional. 20/25/25 My appointment to have an Ultrasound done at Oak Bend at 22003 Southwest fwy went very well. The staff was polite, accommodating and professional.
Wonderful staff! Very friendly and knowledgeable, and make you feel important.
Please be advised that there is very poor communication between the call center and the doctors office. Failure to communicate between both has caused me to personally go to the doctors office to make sure that referral orders are being processed between the doctors and specialist. The call center or staff at the doctors office are not communicating with the doctor. This issue has occurred several times causing specialist not servicing the patient at the time of appointment. Please take care of the issue.
