Pam did a closing for me on a rental house that I sold. Since I live out of state I was very grateful that her office was prompt, communicative, and reasonably priced. She was a great help when the closing company was throwing me a few curveballs. A good experience!
Pretty unprofessional. Just spoke to her on the phone and within 45 seconds tells me she is declining representation, which is totally fine, but her comment about "keep making your phone calls" prompted me to just hang up on her. She declined representation because we have a hearing coming up in a few weeks and its not enough notice for her, which again is fine, but thats exactly what a continuance is for, she didn't even bring up that option. So I will absolutely "keep making my phone calls".
