Tried to schedule an appointment and the girl who answered the phone was super rude, not a positive way to start a relationship with patients, I wanted to go here because of patients review towards the doctor, but whomever is responsible to take new patients her approach is unacceptable. POOR ATTITUDE!
Unprofessional and incompetent front desk/staff, called in to see if Dr. Silva was accepting new patients and the lady "helping" me book the appt asked questions about insurance, my age, and my health history in the worse attitude ever, she made me feel ashamed for not seeing a PCP in a long time and stated "she didn't know what to do with this" and placed me on hold. Superb! Dr De Silva and her team are the best! Dr De Silva is truely caring, Personable and professional. Highly recommend.
Where do I start? This has got to be the worst medical office staff in the AV!! I haven't even been there a year & they have dropped the ball with every single visit!! Beginning with the first visit, that I waited 3 months for, I was not on their schedule!! Thankfully, one of the staff members remembered scheduling me, however, I waited 2 hours while they "worked me in". They have dropped the ball on prescriptions & lab orders EVERY SINGLE VISIT!! Have had issues with communication with this office. No one seems to know what’s going on and follow up calls are non existent. Even when they claim they do. New patient appointments are schedule 2 months out. Then another 2 months to discuss your labs. I literally just walked out right now after waiting 1 whole hour in the waiting room then another hour in the examination room.
