Have had issues with communication with this office. No one seems to know what’s going on and follow up calls are non existent. Even when they claim they do. New patient appointments are schedule 2 months out. Then another 2 months to discuss your labs. I literally just walked out right now after waiting 1 whole hour in the waiting room then another hour in the examination room. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all! Not even to my worst enemy!!!! I had some tests done and they never got back to me, I called them many times and was told that they were going to call back to give me results, here we are 7 months later and still don’t have my results. After multiple calls and waiting on hold for extended lengths of time for GRACE at the desk I was told that my medication couldn’t be refilled AFTER I had already ran out of it. I have been on this medication for 8 years and had been refilled multiple times by my other PCP that has moved away.
