I love this office so much. I've seen a handful of physicians over the years because we move around so much and this office is my favorite for so many reasons. The front desk ladies, Lina, Lisa, Chloe, and Corin, literally all of them, are so kind and courteous. These are the ones who have helped me but I'm sure the rest are just as upstanding. I had a very disappointing experience with this office. Before sending my medical records, I called to ask if they were accepting new patients, and I was told they were. I promptly sent over all of my records as requested. After that, I never received a call back. I had to follow up myself, and a staff member named Lisa told me she would call me back. She never did. Dr. DeSilva is a super caring, professional, thorough, Doctor and my wife and I feel very lucky to have her. Her Nurse Practitioner, May Findlay, is also amazing and takes great care of us. We have been coming here for many years. Thank you.
