Dr. DeSilva is a super caring, professional, thorough, Doctor and my wife and I feel very lucky to have her. Her Nurse Practitioner, May Findlay, is also amazing and takes great care of us. We have been coming here for many years. Thank you.
Tried to schedule an appointment and the girl who answered the phone was super rude, not a positive way to start a relationship with patients, I wanted to go here because of patients review towards the doctor, but whomever is responsible to take new patients her approach is unacceptable. POOR ATTITUDE!
Unprofessional and incompetent front desk/staff, called in to see if Dr. Silva was accepting new patients and the lady "helping" me book the appt asked questions about insurance, my age, and my health history in the worse attitude ever, she made me feel ashamed for not seeing a PCP in a long time and stated "she didn't know what to do with this" and placed me on hold. She returned stating that the next available appt would be at the end of March and that she'll take my insurance info to verify if they accept my insurance and... read more
