Where do I start? This has got to be the worst medical office staff in the AV!! I haven't even been there a year & they have dropped the ball with every single visit!! Beginning with the first visit, that I waited 3 months for, I was not on their schedule!! Thankfully, one of the staff members remembered scheduling me, however, I waited 2 hours while they "worked me in". They have dropped the ball on prescriptions & lab orders EVERY SINGLE VISIT!! Have had issues with communication with this office. No one seems to know what’s going on and follow up calls are non existent. Even when they claim they do. New patient appointments are schedule 2 months out. Then another 2 months to discuss your labs. I literally just walked out right now after waiting 1 whole hour in the waiting room then another hour in the examination room. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all! Not even to my worst enemy!!!! I had some tests done and they never got back to me, I called them many times and was told that they were going to call back to give me results, here we are 7 months later and still don’t have my results.
