During the Thanksgiving holiday season, 2023, I sent Pamela Goodwin-Cole a message on UChicago Medicine “mychart” complaining of possibly a UTI. Pamela sent an antibiotic prescription to my pharmacy of choice but after completing the antibiotics, the symptoms persisted. Pamela ordered a urine test and told me there were no further indications of an infection, that was November 27, 2023.
