I was happy with Dr Hearn for years until she got too busy. I never was sick or had to go in for a visit so my meds were refilled no problem. Now I request a refill and they tell me I haven’t been in the office in 3 years and I am no longer a patient and to get a refill I would need to make an appointment with another provider. Nobody told me I had to come in to stay on as a patient. This was absurd and needs to be noted. She is amazing. She's very thorough he's very understanding and very compassionate. She treats me as well as my mother and my father.
Dr Hearn is my favorite!! She is compassionate and listens and makes you feel like she cares about you ! Thank you Dr Hearn for all you do ! I can honestly say she feels like a friend!
I have been with her since she came to Cedartown. She listens to me when i make suggestions and really cares.
