My mother has seen Dr. Cruz for years and the last few years the level of care she has received from Dr. Cruz and her office has declined. Recently my mom had to leave 3 samples at 3 different encounters due to the first 2 never being sent to a lab after she was told by Dr. Cruz it would be. What happened to the first 2? I was a patient of Dr. Cruz for many years, I did not have any reason to see her until I needed clearance for major surgery. Unfortunately she drastically changed, she's rude, mean and hateful, I would not recommend her to anyone.

I was a patient of Dr. Cruz for years. I liked her then. I took a year off due to insurance and went back to a very different Dr. Sadly, I would not recommend her any more. She no longer listens, and prescribed me medication that had interactions with other medications I was on. I ended up sicker after seeing her than I was before seeing her. I hate this because she use to be a great Dr. She changed locations and changed her standard of care is what it seems like.

It took them five days to NOT send a fax so that my spouse could be seen by a specialist. I had to physically go to the office and get the paperwork from them. Torrence said "if that's what you feel you need to do" as if I had any other choice due to their incompetence. This referral doesn't even have the body part on it. Astounding, I don't know what else to say.
