Wouldn’t want another OBGYN other than Dr. Cates-Smith. She always has her paitents well being at the center of her care. Her medical advice and knowledge is excellent and she provides realistic and honest plans of care.
Our entire pregnancy we seen Dr. Cates, we were given the impression that she would deliver our baby, only to get to the hospital and she not show up. Why is it that she’ll see you your entire pregnancy but not deliver your baby? I feel like a complete stranger delivered our baby and we are very upset about that. Like what’s the point in seeing a doctor your entire pregnancy only for them to throw you off on someone else?
I love Dr.Pam she is awesome and friendly. Very knowledgeable. I love the staff. I have been sick for months and I had my days mixed up for my appointment and they fit me in..love you all
Dr Cates is an amazing doctor she is very thorough and caring. She has a great spirit and follows up promptly.
