I have had many real estate dealings and have always been wary of the realtors. Naturally they’ll do what ever they need to do to make the deal. Not Pam, she instantly assessed our needs, and there were many, selling in a down mkt, living 1400 miles from the house we were selling and mostly always having Pam on the other end of the phone when we called with another request.
