I had an appointment yesterday with NP Pamela Oakley-Whiting. In one word, the visit was: GLORIOUS!!! One star is too much. Had a terrible experience with this entire office. My last 3 appointments there, before I got fed up and am going elsewhere went like this: I had a simple lab appointment, I checked in and waited patiently for 40 minutes. I finally asked at the front desk if I had been forgotten and apparently the person who checked me in accidentally marked me as checked out without having my appointment. Love Pam and the office! Never had a problem getting an appointment or getting information.
This is a pretty busy office, but you can tell the staff cares about all of their patience. Pam has always provided great care. As a tricare prime member, it’s hard to find GOOD local offices that take military insurance. I am happy this office came to Culpeper.
I scheduled a New Patient appointment with this primary care office back in July 2021. The office I wanted to see wasn't taking new patients so, they referred me to this sister location. However, they couldn't get me in until December 2021! But, I waited because our mental health is important. They called me in December to tell me that the Dr. has scheduled her vacation that week and was no longer able to see me.
