First contact with any business is so important. Well Paula is a true asset to this surgery, nothing is too much bother and you can hear her smile through the phone. I find good customer service is hard to find, but she excelled. I’m a visitor to the area but will tell family in the area to look at changing, start to finish my experience was terrific, so thank you ladies (I’m usually scared)
