First time patient. Great experience. I saw Dr. Sunshine. I Appreciated that I could walk down the hall to get my blood drawn in one day and not have to come back for another appointment. The nurse was professional and Dr. Sunshine was awesome. Definitely recommend.

My pharmacist attempted to reach Pam 4 times without a response from her or her office. My daughter needed a medication refill. The pharmacist told me to try and reach them. 4 calls with messages left and I still didn’t receive any information or a call back. I finally demanded to speak to Pam’s nurses assistant and I ended up speaking with Pam. She was enormously rude and took no responsibility for her incompetence. Now my daughter has been off her meds for almost a week. We will obviously never go see this person, again.

I always thought you were suppose to get a call with your pap results? It has been 3 months I have called and left messages and nothing. Pam herself was great, made me feel very comfortable.

Pam is the best, she goes above and beyond to make you comfortable and to find out what any problems are and how to solve them. She doesn't stop until everything is better.
