To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally complain about the care my uncle received while staying at your rehabilitation facility. My uncle was admitted to your facility following a hospital stay with the expectation that he would receive appropriate rehabilitation, personal care, assistance with basic needs, and support to help him recover. My dad was placed in this facility for the second time, right from icu, and just like the first stay, he rapidly declined, after just sitting in the chair or bed all day long, with very little attention, sitting in his soiled clothes for hours at a time,, and getting severe skin burns from the situation, pressing the nurse call button, only to have nobody show up, and just like the hospital, they gave him an actual release date, like two weeks out, only to find that would b the same day his Medicare coverage would be maxed o... read more

PAM’s Wound Care Clinic recently provided exceptional care for my mother on very short notice. We are incredibly grateful to Dr. Rao, Andy, and the entire staff for their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. I know when I leave every day that my husband will still receive the best care and that is a blessing. The nurses, aids and staff are fantastic. Dr. Chmielewski and Dr Odermann are great doctors. I would highly recommend this facility.
