I was waiting for appoint. Almost 3 months. I ordered OTICON intent 1. Finally on Sept. 23, my audiologist, Ms. Pam Smekrud handed me a package of H/Aids without any info. about what it is or how it works etc. I’d assumed it’s what was waiting for 3 months. When I got home, hurried to open it. It shocked me hell. It was totally different brand that I’ve never heard of it.
