Had a surprise with taxes and having to pay alot more taxes back this year after being done by Pam and her staff. Questioned why and requested that Pam review and let us know what we needed to do for it not to happen next year, then call us back. All we could get from her staff is that we were in an higher tax bracket this year. After 3 phone calls to their office, still no return call with an answer from Pam.
