Very unresponsive, Dic 15th 2023 I called. I was immediately directed to pay which I did same day. No body reached back out, I kindly emailed the 28th asking for refund because I didn’t get help or use their services. I got a response on 1/9. We just got back from the break and I will get with the bookkeeping department . I have reached out via emails 5x and called the office and left voicemails and NOBODY has called or emailed me back. I've been working with the staff at the IEP Advocate and I really have to say that I wished I would have called them sooner. I am so positive I would have saved myself alot of frustration with dealing with the ESE team at my son's school. Everyone is so knowledgeable, patient and so understanding to my son's situation it's a huge relief that "they get it". Thank you IEP Advocate for continuing to help us through our son's complex situation. You are all truly the experts!
