I changed insurance for this year and had to choose a new provider. A previous coworker spoke very highly of Pam Helms so I made an appointment with her and I'm so glad I did! She is amazing! She's fun, super knowledgeable and she eased my mind about getting some tests I had put off for years, even scheduled them for me! If you're not seen at your appointment time, trust me, she's worth the wait.

Pam Helms is awesome! She loves her patients and truly cares about them. She goes above and beyond with patient care.
Had an appointment today was told to arrive 20 minutes early so I got there at 2:45. The waiting room stunk so bad, not clean kids screaming people waiting forever to be taken back. My appointment was at 3:00 at 4:00 after everyone had come and gone I go up to ask how much longer til I would be seen 2 more people walk in. Pam Helms was very helpful and very direct and I enjoyed the visit I learned a lot and I appreciate everything she is doing for me if you’re looking for a doctor this one I suggest
