The care is lacking at this facility. A doctor never spoke to me about my family member's care. I did see a doctor there once. He walked by the room and waved. Never saw him again. They seem to rely exclusively on nurse practitioners. One day a nurse practitioner came into the room and asked me if I had any questions about my family member's care. After not being able to answer any of my questions, she confessed to not having even looked at my family member's chart. On her way out, she chuckled, and she stated, “Anymore ques... read more

The care is lacking at this facility. A doctor never spoke to me about my family member's care. They seem to rely on nurse practitioners. One day a nurse practitioner came into the room and asked me if I had any questions about my mother's care. After not being able to answer any of my questions, she confessed to not having even looked at my mother's chart. Complaints about medication errors are dismissed as minor issues. Staff members are protected. The nursing staff is of poor quality. It's a for profit company, and it sho... read more

I am leaving this review on behalf of my mom. I want to thank Pam Health for the incredible care they provided for her after her fall. It is difficult to watch our parents and loved ones age, and our biggest fear is not being able to prevent an accident from occurring. Almost three weeks ago, our fear became a reality when Mom fell entering the bathroom, suffering a head injury. For our family, it was traumatic and frightening, especially when we watched her being taken away in an ambulance. We all know that as we age, this ... read more

0 is the review. Had to leave 1 star or i couldn't post! 0 stars because this facility is horrible! I've already written a review but I am submitting pictures of the day he was transferred to 5 days later. The care given to him was horrible, no care or compassion. Terrible, Terrible place. He passed away because of this facility. Do not go there. Im showing you this because we begged and begged for something for his mouth because he couldn't eat, drink or take his medication. They TOLD US there is nothing wrong with his ... read more

0 is the rating 1st off. I had to rate it with 1 star or i couldn't submit the review. It is definitely a 0. This was the most horrible and unprecedented hospital in have ever seen. Im a RN and was astonished at the lack of compassion and skills of the staff. My father was thriving when he arrived there and within 5 days he was crying and begging to come home and die because he said "this place is killing me". The staff was rude, no compassion, denied medical care, would not listen to him or the family about what was maki... read more

PAM doesn't even earn this 1 star review!! My father was admitted and was alert and talking. Within about 5 days he couldn't even hold a conversation or sit up. This was the ugliest nurses who showed no care or compassion, would not listen when you told them something. My dad laid on a bed for 3 days with no sheets, no housekeeping. I would bring him ice cream to try to eat. It would sit on his tray for 2 days, I then started picking up his room. The doctors or nurses didn't address any concerns or issues he was having. He ... read more

Daytime care in Tulsa is okay. But when you are almost given insulin and you aren’t diabetic, this is concerning.  Nighttime and weekends are a nightmare.  Medications have been an hour or more late on several occasions.
