The care is lacking at this facility. A doctor never spoke to me about my family member's care. They seem to rely on nurse practitioners. One day a nurse practitioner came into the room and asked me if I had any questions about my mother's care. After not being able to answer any of my questions, she confessed to not having even looked at my mother's chart. Complaints about medication errors are dismissed as minor issues.
