The PAM Health Specialty and Rehabilitation Hospital in New Braunfels, Texas literally gave me my life back! The staff was amazing, very quick to respond to any request for assistance, and got me back on my feet very quickly! My very favorite part of their program was the physical therapy sessions and Thomas quickly became my very favorite person! thx Pam health for taking so much care of my grandma Pushpa Bhandari so much it really means so much that you took your time to take good care of her and made her do exercise it really means a lot and i really appreciate it that you all took good care of her and well being thank you so much you guys have a good team and very good people who can take good care of her it means alot and also she has gotten better everyday just from you guys helping her and she is getting better

Never be admitted to this facility. The nursing staff is very rude and unprofessional. I experienced being yelled at with rude words as well as physical abuse. I was physically attacked by a nurse who punched me in my arm that had just recently been surgically repaired. The facility did not respect my privacy or my needs. It seemed I was fighting the nursing staff on every front.
