I spent ten days at the New Braunfels PAM Hospital after being discharged from an ICU, and the care was exceptional. The PT, OT, and Respiratory Therapy teams met me exactly where I was and encouraged me in ways that truly moved my recovery forward. The food was surprisingly good with plenty of choices and generous portions. My room was spacious, clean, and easy to navigate with mobility equipment. I want to thank everyone here for all the care they provided for me. From my first admission and helping me to find out what was wrong to now. Everyone was very kind and the therapy department is the best! They made me feel more like family than a patient. Special thank you to all the nurses and CNAs that took care of me especially Flor. She is amazing.

My father received outstanding care at PAM Health. From the beginning, the entire staff treated him with kindness, compassion, and professionalism. The nurses were attentive and always made sure he was comfortable and well cared for. The rehab team worked hard to encourage and support him throughout his recovery process. I also want to recognize the respiratory and wound care staff for their excellent care and dedication.
