The care received was excellent. The nurses and aides were friendly and professional. The therapy staff payed close attention to the very specific strengthening needs of each individual patient. The cleaning staff were friendly and kept the entire building spotless. My highest praise goes to the food service staff. I believe they are the binder that brings everything together. I just spent 9 days at PAM Health Specialty Hospital. I would recommend this facility to everyone. Wonderful staff, nurses, PT, OT and Speech Therapists. The food was excellent. I’ve stayed at four different rehab facilities, and this place is by far the best. You or your family member will be in safe hands.

Stop. Do not send your loved ones to this facility! The nurses are stressed and grouchy. When I introduced myself to the charge nurse, she responded only with "What's the problem?" But the worst part was when my husband qualified to move from LTAC to Rehab in order to get my occupational & physical therapy, they wanted to keep him in LTAC, "Since the insurance will cover it and he can stay here longer."
