Worked with therapy during my stay they are a blessing. Wound care is wonderful, they have been working with me the whole time here. Respiratory made a huge difference to me. Thanks everyone for being wonderful and taking good care of me.
TERRIBLE PLACE..DO NOT SEND A LOVED ONE HERE!!!My brother was recently a patient there for over 60 days before we could finally get him out, over 60 days his bedding may have been changed 3 times after numerous complaints by us, they are terrible, my brother had serious injuries and was immobilized and needed care. He would ring for a nurse to get his trach suctioned or pain medication, they would not come, after over an hour wait, he would try throwing things out his door to get someone attention. My brother was a patient at pam health in Beaver this place is horrible it takes them very long time to check on patients they’re left in their room for hours before anyone checks on them . my brother had to throw stuff in the hallway to get them to check on him and clean his trach out.They are so slow rude and lie the doctors and nurses are not on the same page nobody knows anything it’s horrible the case manager can careless. you will call in to get an update and they will not call you back or leave you on hold. There were some good and bad about Pam unit. When I first came in the hospital I had a couple illness and then I had to go through rehab. I was basically told my insurance was already covered or I got approved going to Pam unit. So I just went with Pam unit cuz it was close while in there. There's a you know very good nurses and very good people. I can't name all the names but two real good unit nurse's aide staff. I guess it was by the name of Steven and Bella were outstanding.
