PAM Health may be ideal care for rehab only; but they have tried to venture out to patient illnesses which I have to give them a 0. My mother was admitted for a UTI test only. The test came back negative which was a surprise to all of us; however it was determined she had shingles and she was in a lot of pain like most who contract it. "PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Golden Is a good place to work. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. People help each other out while providing great care for their patients.

Pam, rehab center in Tavares is ran by a bunch of incompetent idiots that nearly killed my mom by giving her her current medication’s plus her whole history of medication’s. Food is terrible…run as fast as you can from this place before they hurt or kill somebody with their incompetency.

This place is absolutely the most dangerous place to send a love one!!!! Don't do it!! You are better off caring for them yourselves. They run the facility at a bare minimum. When patients and families say they had a negative experience they are NOT lying!!! They do not have a sufficient amount of staff to take care of these patients but yet they still increase their census. The nurse to patient ratio can go as far as 1:11 (or even 1:20)and that is illegal. These are acute care patients!!! The CEO and CMO do not care about y... read more

This place is so amazing and everyone who works on every team who is employed by this organization, from housekeeping to the nursing staff, and everyone involved in my care. This is the best place in my 6 months from home. It is difficult to chose just one person when they are all team players as employees. Kudos to ALL at this Rehab. I have and will continue to recommend this facility. THANK YOU ALL!

If I could give zero stars I would. I don’t know how much Life Care is paying these people to give five star ratings. This is a terrible facility. I won’t blame all the employees but some of them are incompetent while a small percentage do exactly what they are suppose to do with a smile and kind heart. With that being said, this should be an adult daycare center where all the staff does is look at you and keep on to the next room. I’m currently a patient at this facility. This place is shockingly bad, awful. The 2 most important factors for wound healing are nutrition & sleep. Neither of which I get here. I am lucky if I get 5 hours sleep per night. With the constant interruptions by staff, lights turned on in my room, people emptying the trash at 4am, door left open where I can hear other patients and their TV’s turned up to maximum volume (every night, this morning I was woken at 3am by the across the hallway) It is unbelievable, and I am not making... read more

I came to visit my daughter who has been in their icu for several weeks. I feel her care is way above average. The staff are all attentive to her needs even when she can be difficult. She has no skin breakdown, and all the doctors, therapists, social worker and nurses take time to explain things to her. In addition they are family friendly, allowing family members to stay 24/7. As a previous RN for over 30 years I can honestly say that she couldn’t expect any better care
