additional statement. Bert is not simply another patient. He is a local Coast Guard veteran who devoted 23 years of his life to serving our country. Regardless of whether there were misunderstandings, staffing issues, communication problems, or clinical reasons behind what occurred, I believe his concerns deserve to be taken seriously and reviewed.
