Patients were always treated with kindness
Our family had an extremely disappointing and distressing experience at this rehabilitation hospital. From the beginning, there was virtually no communication from the doctors or therapist regarding my stepfather‘s care. The case manager assigned to his case was dismissive, and showed no compassion for either my stepfather or our family. Most concerning, my stepfather was discharged on Friday afternoon around 2:30 PM despite having low blood pressure and being so weak that he could barely walk. They are a wonderful facility! Emma the case manager was so helpful and kind during this time she could not have been more helpful. The nursing staff and all the medical staff (PT, OT, ect..) are the best. The empathy and kindness they show is above and beyond what you would expect. I highly recommend this rehab for anyone that needs care.
