Owen was a saving grace for me today. Couldn’t get ahold of anybody at state farm, app is down. I was a bit heated up, but he turned me around and got me going the direction I should be mentally, and with my insurance claim. I cant express my appreciation enough. To the rest of statefarm, shame on you for using AI. Owen gave me everything i needed within minutes, AI failed me for atleast an hour, maybe longer if i didnt call Owen.
Pam's office has the best customer service you could ask for! Thanks to Pam, Bob, Jenette and the rest of the crew for the amazing service for 37 years and counting! ❤️
