Pam has incredible skills and intuition! I have had bowen before, so went to Pam with general discomfort and tightness. I left after two sessions feeling calmer, more balanced, less tense. It is a holistic experience that makes you feel physically and mentally soothed, and she uses quality oils to enhance the experience. Really reasonable price too, ~$65 for one hour! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a gentle and non invasive, yet transformative massage. Thanks Pam!

Pam helped me with an inflammatory glut muscle which had aggravated the sciatic nerve .. very pleased
Pam is amazing! I have been seeing her for a couple of months and have noticed a huge improvement in my back pain. I had a back injury from Nursing that required surgery many years ago and had constant pain that I thought was here to stay. Since starting Bowen therapy my pain has decreased dramatically from the first treatment and is much easier to manage on a daily basis. Highly recommend Pam and her Bowen therapy
