Poor customer service. The staff is not at all professional. Very rude tone to customers. Poor brow waxing and threading. Not experienced at all. They destroyed my brow shape. I used there washroom and the staff asked - “Duji kidr gayi”. Poor customer service
Pooja is absolutely amazing. I booked a last minute appointment for waxing and she's very professional, accommodating and skilled. Highly recommend her. This was my first time using her services and would defenately return.
I had an amazing experience at studio.She provides exceptional service and truly knows how to make your brows look perfect.
Disappointing experience at Pam Beauty. Rude staff, extra charges for late appointments without understanding. Threading was subpar. Not worth the money. Wouldn't recommend.
