I have used Palumbo's over a dozen times since we moved from Georgia in 2014. I have purchased brakes,tires (on 3 cars) oil changes and more.. These folks are personable ,honest and professional.
I called around to different stores for tire pricing and had a good feel about Palumbo's the price was competitive and they had the tires in stock. We made the appointment and went to Palumbo's for the set of tires. We arrived about 45 min ahead of our appointment (finished our lunch early). They drove our car into the shop right away. The 4 tires were installed and our car was completed BEFORE our original appointment time. Professional , courteous & prompt. Angela T.
Palumbo's was fast & great got me back on the road for my trip without the family being mad at me. The dealer who sold me the vehicle never told me I didn't have a spare tire, would have saved me time & being towed but Mr. Melvin did amazing job getting me towed and back to my family safely...Thanks
Got Online quote by Palumbo himself. When my wife dropped off her car they told her they had to check her Nissan because they use "special" tires. I pulled up as they were outside and suddenly the tires were the right ones in the quoted price. Nice try! Other than that little scam the work was okay and pretty quick. I went back and got my fronts done on our other car a few months later. No surprises that time. Can't blame them for trying I suppose.
Quoted $58 for 1 installed used tire ($232) + oil change $39 total on phone by Kyle. Dropped off at 11:30am I added that I had the spare tire on that I needed back under the car. No call that it was done, so I went to the shop and waited at 3:00pm they close at 4:00pm. Once there car was in bay but not worked on. 1 customer (female)came in and thanked them profusely for fitting her in and paid for their lunch. Fast and very profesional
Walking the Walk All I can say is these guys are great. I am a longtime local customer and I know the whole crew. My family and I have been going there for 30 years. My grown kids only take their cars to Palumbo's. Ty and Steve are personable and honest , and you still see the owner Mr.Palumbo coming and going and working the counter.
