Assuming that this is the office of Dr. Palance. It has been nearly 4 weeks since my initial intake call with Dr. Palance who recommended I get an endoscopy off the back of my ongoing diagnoses of GERD. I was told I’d be reached out to to schedule the procedure. One would imagine they would reach out the same day. Somehow instead it’s been like pulling teeth constantly calling them to try to get someone to schedule me for an endoscopy.
