Dr. Micale is very comforting, extremely nice, approachable and very easy to talk to and has a great sense of humor. Great “bedside” manner as it is typically called. Dr. Micale made me feel like he really cares and I felt he really listened to me and understood where I was at without making me feel embarrassed. Dr. Micale’s is wonderful and all his nurses and support staff were super friendly and nice. They even all laughed at my stupid old man jokes so great customer service!!
