I popped into the shop when they first opened the shop on Saturday to get a tire swapped on a rim that I took off my car. I asked if they were able to fit it in today and Pal said sure. I was full expecting it to be completed sometime throughout the day. They went above and beyond as Pal swapped the tire for me right away. I was very surprised and happy with the service. I will be going back to Pal Tire when I need other services done to my vehicles.
