Well this was a positive review until today. They got me in without an appointment yesterday for a tire repair, which was nice. They weren’t able to locate the leak. So I took my truck to another shop to get it fixed and they found my stud and lug nut badly stripped. When I talked to them about they gave me every excuse in the book why it wasn’t their fault. I highly recommend this place Pal Tire. I am from out of town, We had an emergency and stopped in without an appointment and the 2 gentleman working, got me in right away, diagnosed the issue immediately, changed my tire, balanced it and got the tire on and we were out of there in 15 minutes! I am so grateful for this place. getting us in and back on the road, in order for my son to get to his basketball camp safely and on time! I’ll definitely be going back.
