Exceptional customer service and maintenance. Highly recommend
I've taken our Odyssey and Rav4 in quite a while back but forgot all about writing a review. Then I took our new(to us) Highlander in to Toyota Knoxville for service and the contrast between quality of service was so stark it reminded me what good service looks like. The service manager at PALS is very nice and inviting. He acts like he is happy to see me. At Toyota, you're little more than a vin number. They are always there to help get you in the right car. Maintenance is awesome to!
I needed my AC recharged before a 6 hour trip and they got me and out an hour before I had to leave. Incredible service and professionalism. AC working great.
