The administration of this organization should be ashamed of themselves. The therapists for the most part are great. But this is the most unorganized practice I’ve ever seen. They implement a 3 strikes attendance policy. Ok, fine. However, I worked in psych myself and we would never think of discharging patients who are in crisis for missing appointments.
