The administration of this organization should be ashamed of themselves. The therapists for the most part are great. But this is the most unorganized practice I’ve ever seen. They implement a 3 strikes attendance policy. Ok, fine. However, I worked in psych myself and we would never think of discharging patients who are in crisis for missing appointments. The receptionist is nasty and unprofessional via email. They do not give clear instruction when scheduling. I requested Ally at the Independence location but was not told until it was too late that Ally doesn’t even work at the Independence location.
