I been coming to Pal's auto service for yrs. I buy gas,pop chip, smokes. I also bought vehicle from Pal's auto. I know Mani Kooner very well and had a good relationship with him. But since he got new employees his service went down hill. I had Pal's do a safety check on three vehicles and was ripped off. I have a 2011 F-150 in there for a safety check, knowing I don't have a lot of money and places do work myself. Horrible experience. I would rate this a 0 out of 5 if I could. I brought my car in for a break issue and they advised what needed to be fixed. With not being a mechanic myself, I had to trust their diagnostics. I pay, pick up my car, get 30 seconds down the road and have the exact same issue that I was previously having. I go back and was told "no your wrong, it was fixed". After going with a mechanic for a test drive and the mechanic seeing the issue was indeed NOT fixed, I was advised to bring it back the following week a... read more
