Ashley is a god send and I always look forward to our time. As a professional housekeeper, my neck, shoulders, and back are always a wreck! For the last 5 years or so Ashley has worked on me and helped me through some pretty painful aches and pains, I always laugh because I go in thinking it's one area that's causing pain and she starts working on me only to find the root of the problem in a completely different area! I left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and tension-free. She checked in throughout to make sure the pressure was right and focused exactly where I needed it most. Ashley has helped me work through serious shoulder and neck pain since coming to her. She has also helped me work through a knee injury and helped me realize how my posture affects certain problem areas I have. We have had great conversations and silent/meditative moments, she is great at reading the vibe and just going with the flow!
