Went here on my way through town on. Cross country bike ride. Staff was awesome. The Doc was awesome. Care was thorough. The pharmacy next door was efficient. And the results were great! I am a discriminating patient. I was Impressed!
Was quoted a price over the phone and not informed the prices would change by the date of my appointment (less than a week later). Then they could not tell me how much my visit would coat (i paid out of pocket). Horrible communication/experience. Do not take any information provided to heart it will likely chance once you arrive.
When we were called back for our vitals I think we should have been greeted with a more friendly and concerned greeting. Like your front desk. I’m sure she’s new but friendly is friendly. Just saying.
