As someone who has several chronic illnesses, deals with daily pain, and sees many specialists, I can confidently say that my experience with Dr. Keizur and his office has been the worst experience of my life. I was seen for an emergency stent placement in my duplicated ureters following an obstruction. His bedside manner was awful, and just the tip of the iceberg. Wish there was a zero star rating. Absolutely horrible treatment by the staff. I waited 2 months for an appointment. When I arrived, they said they had no record of the referral and no record of the appointment. They did not offer to help, did not offer to find out what happened, they were just incredibly rude. Only interested in arguing that they could not have possibly made a mistake. I then spoke with my referring physician, and found out that Palouse Urology staff had lost TWO MONTHS worth of his referrals and correspond... read more
I know I’m in good hands with Palouse Urology. Dr. Keizur is the first doctor I’ve seen who actually listened to me and set up a gameplan to move forward. Thank you to him and the amazing staff there as well.
I was so nervous! I loved Dr Keizur and everything with his office was seamless.
Organized, no waiting and very friendly staff. Dr. Bryan Smith very easy to talk to and was very thorough. Highly recommend
