Terrible clinic all around. I get told not to call in for my referral as they will reach out, they did not reach out. I did not feel confident in the abilities of my tester, and last I was told in person, she was on the fence about one diagnosis and said she would let me know. Then Radio silence. I'm looking at what's available online and I'm getting contradicting answers, and my Doctor only added to the confusion by telling me what I'm looking at is for "billing purposes only" and to ignore it. The worst clinic I've ever been to, they will mess up your insurance billing repeatedly, I've had to have them correct faulty claims twice now months apart. The care here was also poor, I highly recommend you seek help elsewhere if you value your mental health

Everyone is professional, well organized and willing to help. My interactions with the health care professionals have been helpful for getting medical assistance/advice. Folks at the Check-In desk are organized and were ready to answer any questions I had. They were also helpful with my next appointment. They are always busy, so it’s important to make sure to stay updated with scheduled appointments. I appreciate these folks for waking up everyday and helping people to the best of their ability.
