Palouse Pediatrics is outstanding on every level of dentistry. The front office staff is incredibly kind and helpful. I’m beyond grateful for Dr Sept and Cassie. For 13 years we have been patients here. We left for a short time to save on the distance of driving…. HUGE MISTAKE. After one visit , we returned. We absolutely love Dr Sept and trust her, her knowledge, and dedication to giving the best treatment to our kids. 💗
Excellent staff, patient and fun with the kids! Both of their buildings are sectioned in different themes, they both have consoles for video games and other good entertainment to keep kids occupied while they wait. Dr. Karen Sept is fantastic!
Very patient with my two kids who are nervous about going to the dentist. I am very happy with the care shown from routine cleanings to multiple cavities needing filled.
The staff are kind and helpful. They were patient with my small children. Dr. Sept gave clear follow up instructions. The office is decorated in a fun, kid-friendly way. I recommend 100%
