Dr. Janout was rude, unprepared for my visit, condescending and unkind! I have never been treated so poorly by a doctor in my life! Highly do not recommend and will be filing a complaint with his office. Beware
Scheduled for an ECHO, then Dr. Janout lectured me on the dangers of a false positive results from ECHOs. And how my condition isn’t bad, from the previous results 6 years ago, and then proceeds to tell me I was never scheduled for a ECHO. My condition needs to be monitored once every 5 years to ensure the health of my heart. I fear someone is going to die from this his lack of concern for his patients. I will not go back. Janout called me a hypochondriac and told me to stop taking my medication and exercise instead. No assessment, nothing. He doesn’t seem like an adequate enough doctor to take on cases that deviate outside of his standard patient range.
Dr. Jones is no longer there. Marek Janout was the most condescending and rude man I’ve ever met. He did no exam, told me I’d “grow out of it” (at 27), and then literally made me list all the things he’s done for me so I wouldn’t complain he hasn’t done anything. Don’t waste your time here.
Scheduled here to get results of my heart monitor. That's how/why I scheduled my appointment on the phone. When I went in I was vocal about being there for that reason. None of the staff, including the Dr, could tell me why the results of the heart monitor weren't there. When I called later and talked to a manager I was told their office, that I specifically scheduled to go over results of a heart monitor, at a heart clinic, does not do heart monitor results.
