Dr, Goodrich and his team are the best, they're all super kind and genuinely work with you to get you to your best place. I had my first major surgery since I was a little girl with him this past Friday and he was incredibly kind and helpful throughout everything, Jade is also the best! everytime I come in she's always nice and we have a fun time catching up! I was referred to this office for an awful ear infection by an emergency room. Their “gatekeeper” receptionist told me the next day it would take a week to 10 days before I would hear back. The ear is bleeding, so waiting isn’t healthy. Today, 2 weeks later, I still hadn’t heard from them so I called. Now I can’t be scheduled until August. The only ENT in the area, can’t be bothered to see someone whose ear is swollen shut and draining blood when it leaks. What am I supposed to do??
This groups runs on time, responded to my calls and requests for an appointment quickly and I liked my practitioners - Heather Morrow and Dr Brackebush did a great job with my ear issues. I can recommend this group without hesitation.
Unfortunately, I had an unhelpful experience every time I interacted with this team. I have delivered this feedback to them directly, as well. In my appointment, I felt extremely dismissed for a chronic issue I was seeking treatment for. Ultimately, Dr. Goodrich belittled me saying that I should 'develop a better handwashing routine'. It was hard not to laugh at that advice. I have chronic sinus issues and received no recommendations for future care.
