Echoing what others have put in here; this office is massively disorganized and horribly inhospitable. My appointment was cancelled day of having been made over a month in advance for a serious tinnitus issue, only for them to then tell me I need prerequisite testing that they can't do at their office. Would not explain why they needed this testing, nor apologize for not informing me earlier so that I could've got the testing before the day of. Now, I have to wait an additional 2 months while my ear ringing continues to disr... read more
Literally tried to make an appointment and the soonest they have is 4 months out. What a joke of a place. Pullman hospital and clinics are all jokes and a system to have you to go to the ER. Don’t waste your time with this place
Great experience. Dr G is a good dude–professional atmosphere & good at explaining issues/options. Front office team is kinda & courteous; Anna is a gem.
