Palouse Disaster Restoration is amazing! 1000/10, Google doesn't have enough stars to show how incredible they are. Our bathroom had a flood and ended up needing a full gut/remodel. Simon and his team responded the same day we called. They assessed the damage, then coordinated and managed the complete job, including abatement, remediation, sub-contractors, flooring, and plumbing. Five star experience! On the worst day of having a flood, Simon, Wyatt, and Noah really stepped up and helped me in my worst time! They were prompt professional and they took care of everything for me. They were step-by-step with me the whole way. I highly recommend them and I’m so grateful they were there to help me.

Palouse Disaster was fantastic to work with. When our basement flooded they sent someone right over to help. Within a few days we had estimates on what it would cost to fix our problem in the back yard to keep the basement from flooding again. They worked with Revival Excavation & Concrete, who were fabulous! They were very careful while doing their work not to tear up our yard.
