Excellent venue for surgery. I had some serious orthopedic procedures done here. The staff was super kind and caring.
Worst service i ever had the nurses are very rude and dont care about the patients.It looks like they all cant stand there jobs and take it out on the patients.I will never go there again if you want to get treated with respect go to the nova surgical center in Chicago Ridge on 95th St. they will treat you with respect and after you're done with your surgery they offer you water or juice at Palos they could not wait to kick me out!If you like being treated like garbage go to palos!
