We were thrilled to be able to get in easily, and my xray being done readily. Tech was helpful and considerate of my pain.
THREE WEEKS ago today, I arrived 10 minutes EARLY for my appointment at Northwestern Medicine Diagnostic Imaging, Orland Park. I checked-in and was given a form to fill out prior to my MRI. Within 5 minutes my name was called, and was told I could complete the paperwork later. I was taken to a room, ask to strip down to my boxers, and put on the provided, "hospital gown". They charge a lot of out-of-pocket expenses. I've gone there a couple of times, and nothing appears to be covered by insurance. Each time it has cost me well over $500 out of pocket to get basic x-rays done.
Palos Health is a nice setting to have imaging done. I went on a Saturday, which was very convenient, and the staff was very professional. It was not crazy busy, like imaging centers I have been.
