We visited today for a Brain MRI for my 29-year old son with Stage 4 cancer. The compassion these employees have is top notch. Thank you for taking such amazing care of him. Highly recommend.
We were thrilled to be able to get in easily, and my xray being done readily. Tech was helpful and considerate of my pain.
THREE WEEKS ago today, I arrived 10 minutes EARLY for my appointment at Northwestern Medicine Diagnostic Imaging, Orland Park. I checked-in and was given a form to fill out prior to my MRI. Within 5 minutes my name was called, and was told I could complete the paperwork later. I was taken to a room, ask to strip down to my boxers, and put on the provided, "hospital gown". They charge a lot of out-of-pocket expenses. I've gone there a couple of times, and nothing appears to be covered by insurance. Each time it has cost me well over $500 out of pocket to get basic x-rays done.
