I wish I could give it a negative rating … this place shoukd be caught & fined for the horrific situations I saw while my mother was there for PT after her knee replacement. Frim the first night they were asking me (the daughter that came along to make sure my mom was situated) how many times did I think they would have to bring her to the bathroom and she should not drink any more water since they would have to come back more often. The facility smells like pool of pee. I can’t go there because it makes me gag. I did ask if they air out but no, not.
Horrible care for patients. They let their parents sit in their own feecies for hours while staff is at nurses station braiding each other's hair. They don't always remember to give meds to their patients. I would rather die than be put in their care.
They misplaced the laundry of a resident who now only has one shirt
