The facility smells like pool of pee. I can’t go there because it makes me gag. I did ask if they air out but no, not.
Horrible care for patients. They let their parents sit in their own feecies for hours while staff is at nurses station braiding each other's hair. They don't always remember to give meds to their patients. I would rather die than be put in their care.
They misplaced the laundry of a resident who now only has one shirt
