By far the worse provider I have ever encountered. After waiting months for my daughter to be seen by Dr. Bianconi, she refused care for my daughter due to not fully up to date on her vaccinations. We were scheduled to establish care due to recently moving within the McHenry area. Unfortunately, my daughter was ill that day with a high fever, sore throat, and rash. After convincing Dr. Bianconi to assess and treat my daughter that day, it turned out she was strep positive. The majority of the appointment time was drilling my... read more

Denied care 3 times in Immediate care by staff doing check in—not doctors and not nurses. Reason—we only have over the counter pain medicine. 2 times in ER within 10 days wrong prescription sent to drug store. Ask help from supervisor and her attitude is “I’m busy running this whole hospital and I don’t think you’re being grateful enough to be to be bothered with you”. (Date 7/14/24). Throws ER papers in my face and tells me to check unto ER again. She should be fired. Go to ER and they don’t check me in and take my ER paper... read more

Was assaulted by ER tech- she ripped all my attached EKG leads at once off my chest. Surreal.

I cannot speak more highly of Dr. Aadam! I had and endoscopy and biopsy of my pancreas with no problems. I woke up and was able to eat normal and no pain or gas and was able to eat regular food afterwards. He also was able to get enough tissue sample to make a diagnosis. Not only this, but he called me just 4 days afterwards with the results and thoroughly explained them. I would not hesitate recommending him to anyone!

Sycamore, IL The healthcare provider who called me started the conversation with "So, what's the story?", without any affect or concern. Their line of questioning was very off-putting as if they were trying to find fault or something wrong with my expression of my symptoms. I have been battling an upper respiratory infection that started as a cold, started to get better, then came back with a low fever, green boogers, etc. (indicating a sinus or upper respiratory infection) and she kept pressing for further and harder symp... read more

The staff working with patients are exceptional, especially Kim and John. The supervisors, Kathy and Ashley, showed no compassion for the family of a dying man. In fact, they were very rude. One even said to a daughter, "Let me be clear, he is not dying tonight!" Totally cruel and how would she know when he is dying. Even after he was put on hospice they would not allow more than 4 visitors at a time. We caused no noise or trouble in the room. They even sent security into the room to monitor how many people were there... read more

Will not go back to this convenient care center - better to go to Duly immediate care in Glen Ellyn. Spent close to four hours at this center after they told me go wait in my car for an hour and a half. After two hours, I went in, and the receptionist rudely told me she called and I didn't answer. She had transposed two numbers and called the wrong number. She blamed us for that and we had to wait another 20 minutes. Doctor did not seem to know what was causing sore throat/swollen glands and ordered every test imaginabl... read more

Dr. Liang does not control her sarcastic, rude, suspicious, angry, contemptuous, incompetent nurse. I visited for pain management and was told by the run unnamed nurse the doctor does not do that. I explained to the nurse that a board certified doctor sent me to Dr. Liang, showing her the doctor's referral form, but the nurse treated me like a drug addict seeking a "fix". She asked me why I was there twice, the first time with the door closed, the second time she opened the door. That was very odd. Since rude lady made... read more
